UPDATED COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR ALL DENTAL APPOINTMENTS:
How we are working to keep you healthy and what to expect when you come to the office.
Our usual clinical protocol currently exceeds the recommendation of the CDC for the prevention of the spread of respiratory illness such as the flu and corona viruses. All instruments are sterilized after each use, each operatory is disinfected before and after each patient. All clinical staff wear personal protective wear: clean gloves and face masks for each patient. In addition to these regular practices, we will also implement the following precautions
- Extra sanitizing of door handles, bathrooms and high traffic surfaces (like the front desk)
- Only Patients will enter the office. Family members, chaperones, and friends will not be permitted in the treatment rooms with patients. (Exceptions will be made for young children.)
- WAIT in your car protocol: the parking lot will now become the “waiting room”! Please arrive in our parking lot 5 minutes prior to your appointment and call the office to let us know you have arrived. You will be notified when our clinical staff member is ready to receive you for your scheduled treatment.
